First received a text from her from this number +46701340172. Got suspicious as her correspondence were very generic without mentioning location of property, and is not interested usual rental info. When I told "her" I prefer to do transaction in cash instead of paypal after she views the apartment and signs the lease, she replied: "I want to pay you now via paypal. it is important for me to pay you now because my employer demand that I must secure accommodation before I can be allowed to leave this ship. Therefore, I want to make the payment with paypal so I can print the paypal receipt and show it to my employer as the proof that I have secured the accommodation." Never had I heard from a potential tenant so desperate to pay me :))) |
