Edgar Hoover Building 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, D.C. 20535-0001 Website: www.fbi.gov You won the National Lottery to the tune of $7.3million and you were referred to Nigeria to be paid by Central Bank of Nigeria but there has been too many delays. We have sent an FBI Agent to Nigeria to get your debit card from Fedex for you. His name is Rafael Wilfred. Agent Rafael Wilfred is in Nigeria with Your ATM Debit card and wants to send it to you. The mailing fee by Nigeria Postal Service is only $250. However, Fedex would cost $320 with tracking number and insurance.
