And yes, the property is indeed available for your dates for the moment. However, we have just recently lowered our rates because we had a family who just canceled the booking due to a change in their vacation schedule. We have a SPECIAL OFFER. The rate for 3 nights including taxes/fee is: $ 2,100.00 + - 35% (Discount for special offer only) ------------ $ 1,365.00 (TOTAL/Tax included) The rental rate includes: airport transfers, round trip, fresh bed linens and towels, air conditioning, a reserved secure parking space, access to cable tv and wireless internet, free laundry service, cleaning and utilities. Also, if you need a car you can use my own Ford S-Max. + ( 2 golf carts ). No extra cost. We have a concierge. He waits our guests to airport to driving them to the property, and he assists them during their vacation. This is a special offer for an immediate booking. For this special offer, payment of US $ 1,365.00 must be completed within 7 days (to secure this booking). Cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 3 weeks notice before arrival date 80% refund between 3 and 2 weeks notice 40% refund for less than 2 weeks notice 15% refund for less than 1 week notice If you would like to proceed I will just need your name, phone number and home address for the contract and I will forward as e-mail attachment.
