I was sent an email to my Gmail address on March 11th, 2016 stating the winner of 500 thousand United State's dollars with Microsoft - Surface Pro 3 Laptop by Gmail Corp., in conjunction w/Microsoft Windows. I was one of the five people selected for this prize. They collect all the Gmail addresses of active online users from the Gmail Directory and then select 5 addresses as the "winners" of their lottery or whatever its considered. Then they tell you have to supply personal information to their Events Manager, a Mr. Barry Delp in my case, and gave me the email address to send it to. They also inform you that they don't respond to forwarding emails and that you need to send it to the email address they gave you! I wonder why!?! Lol... I didn't even start the process of responding because when I entered the address I was told to use, I seen all the scam reports. So, thank you so very much for that important information on scams. I knew there was something fishy and not on the up & up after reading it!! Things like that just don't happen in the REAL world!Penny Hockett
Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
