This is to acknowledge the receipt of your affirmation and to inform you of the latest development in regards to the delivery of your ATM MasterCard as you requested. It is very important that all the relevant documentations needed to authenticate the source of the funds are provided to prove that the funds were earned legitimately in accordance with the PATRIOT ACT so that IRS and Homeland Security will not come and be knocking at your door for any harassment. In lieu of the above, it is therefore mandatory that you shall provide the "Funds Origin Certificate" (F.O.C) to prove that the fund is not linked with any form of illegality. Being the beneficiary of the ATM card worth of US$4,800.000.00 , the Fund Origin Certificate (F.O.C) is the only way of confirming the source of the funds and it is your responsibility to provide the Certificate before the ATM card will be dispatch to you.
