After several notification we didn't receive any payment and also didn't get positive response from your sides, this is the reason we will have to download a case file against your name and social. Once you found guilty into the court house then you have to bear the entire cost for this law suit $2285.76 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed to you. We will consider that you are ignoring this matter and you want to dispute. We are in a process to inform the Social Security Administration & major Credit Bureaus as well |
