Sent: 21 April 2016 19:08 To: Roger Price Subject: RE: Your Approval Attn: Mr.Rogers Price sir, This is to acknowledge receipt of your message. we officially submitted your messaged to the board of directors of this bank and the board resolved as follows a) The only government agency allowed by law to signing the F.A.A bill as yours is the high court of republic of Ghana. two judges of the court will be appointed by the court to represent you during the signing ceremony. b) Individual lawyers like your lawyer is not allowed for such assignment. your lawyer can only stand as your principal witness. he can come during the signing ceremony as your witness but the high court stands as your representative. c) beneficiary will be responsible for payment of the signing fee as stated in the signing statutory order. d) Note that deduction of the signing fee is not allowed from the $10M.you can make deductions from the $10M after the high court concludes the signing of all transfer documents.the high court cannot perform their duties as your representative if the signing fee is not confirmed paid by beneficiary. e) The official signing fee of the high court is $1,250 only we will advice you where to pay the signing fee for the two judges of the court in our next message to you.
