Gumtree |  +3 Sells Fake I phones as the real thing This Fellow sells fake Iphones on Gumtree. He charged me £400 for a fake iphone!
He is a professional scammer, a smooth talker and I now see he runs other scams as well.
The email address in the scam below is the same email address I received a fake invoice from.

James Bennett has scammed me and many more people using a deposit scam which is a highly illegal fraudulant offence. Currently we have 12 people who have gone forward to the police to give statements and are currently building a solid prosecution. If you have also been scammed by James Bennett please report this to Southwark Police Station.

I'm sorry I was in business with this guy for over 2 years and never once sold a fake phone, we sold many products and services and he ran (and does run) a number of sucseful companies and were all real including 1000's of phones on eBay and on wholesale websites, so doubt it was sold on that basis as there would be 1000's of complaints and wouldn't be allowed to trade on them, think it's very sad how people can post such things without being checked first, also think it's sad how you post a dating profile and threaten with his parents address in the comment bellow who he doesn't live with or has lived with for many years, how dare you think that's acceptable, I hope you get reported for that and I hope he takes you to court for this page

Hi, this guys has also scammed me. There is a big list of people on here he owes money to. I have his current address and will be sending police there. I also have his parents address.
