Snail mail letter, info similar to Anonymous'. Letterhead was "200 E Van Trees St, Suite 220 Washington, IN". I did a Google Maps search and found it to be a parking lot on the corner. Very scammy !!! The return address on the envelope was copied from Walmart's Credit Card Processing: "PO Box 187, Orangeville, Ontario, Canada L9W 2Z6".
