I was contacted by someone using these details after posting items for sale on the Gumtree website. I responded to the initial message and realised after the second response hat it was a scam so i have ignored it. This is what was sent to me....

I replied (to the hotmail address) and asked which item they were enquiring about and got this reply.

At this point I suspected it was a scammer but replied again and asked which item they were interested in and got this reply....
okay, i mean i want to purchase all your item listed on gumtree, so how much is the total cost in all, so that i can be able to arrange payment right away if i may need most of them?
I have not responded and do not intend to. While I had no intention of making further contact I am happy to add this information and try to make sure other people do not get scammed. I just hope people check first before giving any details out to anyone...
