| Richard M. Corrado Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada 2012-06-28 05:12:51 Defective Products/Services Other Payment Site | +1 POSING AS DPD - ONLINE FRAUD SCAM The several emails and telephone calls from the persons posing as DPD will ask you to pay for delivery fees upfront before your parcel has even arrived to you. This is bullshit cuz the real DPD delivery company never asks for any money UPFRONT before the parcel even arrives.
This scam is clearly detailed here on the real DPD website: http://www.dpd.com/lu_en/Home/Shipping/Fraud-warning
Persons receive emails from a source appearing to be an official DPD entity (“your DPD team†or similar) and are prompted to pay money upfront to cover for duty fees to expedite an alleged parcel delivery.
Please keep in mind: DPD never collects payments in the form of upfront payments in connection with the transport or purchase of goods.

Berry Edwards posing as General Manager for DPD INTERNATIONAL PARCEL SERVICES AND PARCEL SHIPPING COMPANY emailed me regarding a parcel delivery in my name from a Christian Clayton who I met on FACEBOOK. I wired $780.00 cash through Western Union which was picked up by a Karen Davis in London, Kentucky on 10/31/16. On 11/3/16 I was emailed to wire $1,050.00 for customs clearing within 5 working days. I sent no further monies but am in the process of seeing these people prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
