I don't know 100% sure this is a scam. And if Sandy Powell ever sees her email listed here, I apologize if this was a legitimate inquiry. However, it is the same email address sandypow03@gmail.com as listed above. She asks an availability question about a date in Sept when we clearly state in the ad that the home is available Sep 18-27, which is the week after she is asking about. Also, we have a link to our rental calendar and rates IN the Craigslist ad. It seems suspicious to me.
Here is the email from her . . . Hello i just want to know if me and my husband can use 1 week in your place start from Sept 10 to 17 if not available please get back to me with the available date and cost..
