This so called "Judit Oneil" user is a automatic scam mechanism. It sends out an e-mail message to users registered in sites like livra.com, dating sites, discussion foruns, and many other kind of websites from where it phishes personal information, saying:
"Hello i am judit oneil, i saw your profile to day at (livra.com) and became in trested in you,i will also like to know you more and i want you to send an email to my email address so i can give you my picture for you to know whom i am my email address is (juditoneil@yahoo.com) (Remember the distance or colour does not matter but love matters alot in life) please contact me here juditoneil@yahoo.com"
DO NOT ANSWER!! THINK: -How can someone speak on true love to another that has not even met?
To further information about it search the web by writing the email address, mentioned above, in the search box. You will find many other reports about it and many other sites from where the personal data was obtained.
