The camper is in really good shape, I never had any problems with it, you don\'t have to invest money in it. The length is 29\' , 8 people sleeping capacity, cold roof A/C unit, large kitchen, large refrigerator, hot water heater, large toilet/bath, warm furnace, front and rear stabilizer jacks, etc. I legally own a clear title, free of any liens or loans, under my name. At first I tried to sell it at its Blue Book value, but I changed up my mind and reduced the price drastically at $5,000. I got divorced recently, that is how I got the camper, and I am trying to sell it because as a single woman I am not a big fan of going camping myself.
