Here is a copy of the email that I recieved today in regards to a Job scam, as you can see all the details are there in black and white and I had to put it out there so that other people are made aware of the lengths people will go to obtain your information, I hope this is of some help to you all and I also hope that you do not fall into this or any other trap that is out there.


Hi Mr Christopher Haviland,

Our company closely cooperates with totaljobs.com and they provided us with your CV as an appropriate candidate for the opened position. We looked through it and decided that your skills meet our basic requirements for our opening.

Our professional team is a small, reputable art promoting enterprise established and headquartered in the United Kingdom. Our company deals with communication process for art experts and artists and owners.

We are hiring independent agents in different UK regions to represent our company. Extra knowledge or special experience is not required! This position will allow you to have awesome income and this job will take not more than 2-3 hours of your time each business day.

Job details:
- receive and process payments from our worldwide customers;
- part-time job (full time job can also be offered soon);
- working hours are 2-3 hours a day (Monday - Friday);
- Internet access and e-mail availability.

i received the following. i think it is the same scam as the first one. no company name is asked for - but they want my details!
