When he is quoting a job, he will give you a extremely cheap price like $2500 -$2800 for a three bedroom house. Once you agreed his quote, your nightmare happen straight away. He alway said he has 13 years experiance and the job is very easy for him.\\ By the way, i have only used him for three days and he walk away. He actually just hire one inexperience painter to do the job for him and he is just watching that young guy to paint for the whole lot. Actually He has never used the paint brush or roller in my job. 1) First day he come to the job, i paid him deposit- he paint the wall straight away without any cleaning and gap filling and no drop sheet. - THE OUTCOME IS ALL THE FLOOR IS PAINT DRIP!!2) I said there are alot of dust on the window frame, he said he will fix it - NOW THE PAINT IS PEELING OFF!3) he promised three coat paint - at the end only one and half coat without base coat. - TWO DIFFERENT COLOUR ON THE SAME WALL !!I asked him in day one, why not using base coat and gap filling in beginning. He said he can\'t see it without the wall is painted. - OBVERIOUSLY HE IS LIERSecond day, he want to get paid in 50% that i have paid. Once he has money on the hand, he start to threat me to say - you pay me this little money, you can\'t expect that much.Third day, he has not turned up and just his subcontractor: The subcontractor told me that Ahmad only pay him $100 aday and 90% work is done by him. He is complaining. In afternoon, Admand rang me to pay off his job. I was so supurised that three days only to finish my job and even the window frame and skirting have not been painted yet, how can he finish three coat for the window in few hours. Also he said he need get more paint which is 24 hours per order, I said this is extremely bullshit, we can get the paint in any paint shop straight away.At the end, he stole the paint and walk away and requested me to pay off the job. I have get my registered builder to negotiatoe with him about his job. The job was totally done incorrectly. We just get the alternative solution for this disater which is pay for him 70% of total.REMINDER - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM BUSINESS !! | |||||
