I broke down and called "Lisa" in "California" She could hardly understand my questions through her broken english. When I asked where she was from, she answered california. When I inquired what country she came from she said the United States..... I have travelled around europe and the united states.. She sounded maybe east european. Either way definitely she was lying on her location and could not answer any of my questions about income tax, the legitimacy of the transfers. and how mailing could be faster than transfers. The more nervous I made her the more her english got shakey. I asked to speak to her supervisor...... She said she would have him call me. I'll wait on that to happen :)
