I would have loved to come and view it myself and do the transaction by cash but as you know I am far from you now and that is why I cant be there now to view it. It was the reason why I asked you to send me the pictures in the first place and I have based my judgement on the photos. I am a nice easy-going and you will not regret having me as tenant.
