Yahoo |  Stephen Townsend A request came in from a soldier supposedly Stephen Townsend, accepted request on facebook, immediately asked to go to yahoo messenger for "security reasons" one month of texting falling in love, promises made, flowers and sweet notes we had so much in common his favorite book the Bible, said he was a Christian also we prayed each text message 3 times a day. Said he was in Syria I did not know what his rank was....I did not care I was more interested in the man inside not a rank or what he did for a living.Then after incident with US 80 people, I was asked to accept a package, I trust you with my life; there may be a slight cost to have diplomat deliver package. I did wire 475.00 to Bank of America to a specific account. Well 475. plus 2600.00 more. I refused and hostility came out 2 days of it I told him I didn't have the monies he wanted me to get a loan said he had 35 year in savings in the box saying I was killing him that I could get the money back out of the box. Haven't herd a word I did contact Fort Bragg indicated it was a scam. Also notified Bank.I cut my losses. It was an exciting adventure, wish it had been true for I fell for a man with a heart so I thought but it made me aware of feelings I didn't think I would have. Beware my friends he is good will make you feel like a Queen with his words. Said he had a daughter Jocelyn even received emails from her. |
