Gumtree |  +6 Lennon Lewis [lenon8087@gmail.com] Thanks for getting back,i'm pleased with the price and the condition as described on the advert,I work on a remote mine site, Energy Resources of Australia Ltd (ERA) Darwin NT.We do not have access to phone at the moment and that's why I contacted you with internet messaging facility,Does it have any history I should be aware of and why are you selling?
Regarding the payment,i will be paying you through PayPal linked up with my westpac bank account,please get back to me with your BSB,Acct name & Number so i can process the payment,you can alternatively send your PayPal payment details as i can also pay into your Paypal acct.
I've contacted my courier who will come for pick up and deliver it to my place in Darwin after the whole fund has been cleared into your acct.

Same as other reports about working at remote mine site, etc. etc. Paypal, etc. Contacted through Gumtree re buying my car.

Selling van on Gumtree, came up quickly wanting to pay via PayPal etc, as per earlier report.

Luck i looked up his name..same as listed ..used gumtree...listed overseas courier..wanted me to use Wester Union to send couriers price...send a fake PAYPAL message..can someone find this p.......... and gest him to jail?

Same as other complaint about the above person.Gumtree ad re selling car.He asked us to take photo down as he was buying it.His 2nd last email started with this...I was just about to pay when I had this problem with pick up.He then wanted us to transfer $950.00 to Western Union for courier and the next few lines had warning bells with- also my agent in HQ China.We replied to him transfer the money by certain time for van.Then his last email -all you need is to put cash in,fill out Western Union form at post office,get receipted & send to paypal then your account will be credited shortly.To this we replied good bye.
We didn't hear back from him.

Gumtree - I was contacted about a camper I'm selling by SMS ('hidden number) with this email address attached to contact back. Didn't look or smell right!
