Dear Time Warner Cable Customer,
We were unable to process your last payment with the information we have on file. Did you recently change your Address, Phone, Bank and/or Credit Card?
Please LOG IN and update your billing information to make your your service stays uninterrupted.
It then listed the URL above to enter and adjust your information.
This email ended with:
