Classified Ads Scam
Gumtree |  +3 Scammer for cameras on Gumtree Scammer wanting bank details to pay for item.
Came off as a legitimate buyer stealing identity of photographer in melbourne, Australia.
Refused to provide shipping details or even a post code.
The actual Polly Wright has been contacted multiple times.
Please refrain from calling her business line as she has been notified and is aware of the scam.

This scammer is still at large. Received an SMS text to my mobile asking to contact only via email to pollywright22@gmail.com saying interested to buy my camera which I had just listed on Gumtree. My ad stated the condition and price clearly, yet their text asked for both of these. I have blocked their number and added a quick note here.
When trying to view the phone number they sent their SMS text from (to my mobile) it just showed me it was from '7655 9', displayed on my mobile as from 'Polly'.

I have actually tried to get this kind of here earlier from here but most of the ones I got either have one huge fault or the other and some have even had accidents in the past while some are extremely exorbitant. I will be glad to make the payment asap via PayPal or bank transfer online as am currently at sea and i promise not to let you down. i will pay $95 AUD for the Australia Express delivery charges and you will do posting once transfer as been completed . Kindly get back to me with your payment details so i can proceed with the payment right away and if you want the payment to be made via bank transfer send me your account name,bank account, bsb for the payment. Kindly inform other buyers it as been sold as am ready to purchase right away. I shall be waiting to read from you asap.

Polly wants to buy an item from you and he/she works as the oceanographer and is on the ship so no telephone.
wants to transfers extra amount to your bank to post it. Wants the address and bank detail to get your Identity.
