Your details has been received and updated,am glad to inform you that you have been given the opportunity to work with me as my Personal Assistant,Your file has been registered with us and your staff code id number is (KL09219PA) i hope you have read and understood what you will be doing on behalf of me. I congratulate you and must tell you that you will be setting to start work immediately. There are number of chores lined up for the week coming amongst which are: * You will be mailing out some important letters to our company shareholders concerning the last Annual General Meeting of the company,the letter content will be sent to you via Email.  * You will be handling a donation to a charity organization which i sit on the board as President.The details of this will be highlighted in my subsequent emails to you.
