Posted an item on craigslist and Steve replied and stated that he was working out of an AFB and could not meet in person. Said would pay via a Paypal acct and that we should set one up if we did not have one. Did a search on email and came up with this scam page. Avoid contact with this person.

Contacted through craigslist wanting to buy our vehicle, but he was serving in the service in Shahbaz air force base. He wanted us to set up a paypal account & provide him with our address so he can figure out how much shipping will cost. Conversations just started, so I'm sure more will come. Thanks to this site.

Wants to buy your product and asks you to send money to the shipping company in advance through Western Union. Then of course your money is gone and he never intended to buy anything.
Sent Money to Auto shipping inc. Maggie Watson in Lauderdale Lakes Fl. All the names are probably false.

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
