They then send you fake employment offer, and send you your first project and ask you to buy an online software which they will re-imburse.

Do not believe them. If any employer asks YOU to pay them money or to buy a software/books needed to do the job, then they are SCAMMING YOU!

If its too good to be true, it probably isn\'t!!!!
