Which they place your Email address on it that we should contact you through Email to receive your information on where your ATM CARD will be mailed to. Note that the only obligation giving to you be the Federal Government is to pay the sum of $45 that will use for stamp and once we stamp your ATM CARD, it will be mailed out to your home address.
