We received email from Grey Faalavaau indicating his courier was requiring a payment $850.00 via MoneyGram transaction. Recipient Quanzhou Liu, Miyun, Beijing, China +8619393883493. Grey A Faalavaau was unable to pay courier fee, as he was in a remote part of Australia, working for Energy Australia, with very poor. The area has poor reception and communication was to be via email. He could not access a MoneyGram transaction kiosk as the 7 Eleven in his area did not have one. We received an email from PayPal, service@paypal.com.au stating additional funds were available for the courier fee and the money for the furniture would be released once a MoneyGram transaction receipt was received via scan |
