He may pay you with a counterfeit check for more then the job pays then tell you to transfer the difference to someone in say,North Carolina and tell you to email him the reference number. With the reference number he can pick up the transfer even if he is in Africa. He may ask if the check cleared your bank,if you say yes,then he will say the check is good because it cleared your bank. This isn't true. It could still bounce even 2 months after you deposit the check. The check must clear BOTH your bank and the bank on the check before it is a good check. Only use direct bank transfer to send money to strangers. Direct bank transfer is the safest.Why do they use Western Union? It's an easy way to receive money anonymously. The money requests will usually have a question and answer the scammer will give you to use when you make the payment. The reason for this is that they can then pick the money up without the need for ID. Here is the usps tracking number 9405501699320112XXXX07 so that you can schedule your self for the payment delivery. Once you received the check go ahead to deposit it at your bank. The payment takes 24 hours to clear at your bank. Once cleared, deduct $400 out of your wages for the first week, an extra $50 for postage stamps for some mails you'll be dispatching for me next week., You will need to pay my supplier's bill as well once I received my updated outstanding bill. I'll let you know what items you'll be buying with the remaining balance of $2050. All the shopping you'll be doing will be done locally. You would be sending out letters with my official seal which I intend sending to prospective clients of mine in the States next week. I'm still composing the body of the mail you'll be sending. Once I'm done composing it, I'll send to you as an attachment together with the names and addresses of these clients so that you can print them out, address it to each person individually and dispatch it. Find out purchase price of an HP printer(Black & White) at any nearby store and keep me posted. All things being equal, I should be in the states by Third week in next Month.
