Sent in October, 2017 Wants to know my complete name, address, occupation, phone or fax number, email, and reference number on the letter. I do not recommend including your reference numbers when you submit information as that may be used to send you more spam specifically. Arrived in the real mail from P.O. Box 400 Toronto, ON, M5L 1B1.
