Yes we still have the cleaning Position available, My name is MICHELLE TUCKER and My husband's name is (Rev.JIM TUCKER), We have a pretty 4 years Old son call Jacob and am also expecting a baby we are in Toronto CANADA. We are all relocating to your city in United State on July 30TH 2017, My husband will be coming there in your city in United State to work on contract basis work,Well we believe you can do the cleaning for us anyway.
We need you to be cleaning our apartment at least 3 times in a week. So the Bedrooms Size will be as follows: One of the bedrooms is approximately 11' X 11' and the other one is 12'x12', but will not be a perfect square, so probably closer to 100 square feet; it comfortably fits a full size bed, desk, Armour and chest of drawers.... The apartment will be large with Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave.etc.--Washer/Dryer --1 full bath / 1 half bath--central air and heat. The apartment will occupies the entire floor of the building with direct access via the elevator, this is exactly an apartment we asked the Real estate agent to get for us in your location the apartment would be in your city so that will make it easier for you to get to work on time We have not pay full payment to the Realtor until next week then i will give you the address then if you ready to be a part of our Wonderful family.
We will be needing your services for 2hours at any suitable time of yours throughout for at least 3 days in a week, i hope two hours is enough in cleaning 3bedroom house with one master bedroom and two standard size rooms, with One Living room and a kitchen as well. I believe you are fit for this position in as much you will prove yourself to be a reliable and hard working person, Our arrival date would be (July 30TH 2017) Like i said, You will help us to clean the apartment in the morning of our arrival date, My husband will tell the estate agent to mail the keys to the apartment to you as soon as it's ready may be you will be able to clean it before we arrive. Also i would like you to know that all Tools and materials needed for the job to make it perfectly okay will be provided by us, We will be spending about 3 years for the contract job or more we are not yet sure, so i will be needing your services for that time as well, as long as am satisfied with the services you rendered. We have a financier that is based in the states and he will be handling the payment and some other expenses, so he will be the one that will be taking care of your payment, My husband will instruct him to pay $500 advance payment before our arrival so as to secure your service , your weekly salary would be $500, actually we should have paid for more weeks but we will extend the payment if we are satisfy with your service after a week. Tried to send me a check with an extra 3300 usd.. For a 500 usd job. Posted in st louis im sure they post wherever they want to.. Fake phone number. Ill post an image of the check too. Also the ad has been taken down

Good morning to you, I hope you had a wonderful night rest? We want
you to know that the payment will be delivered to you anytime soon
today by FedEx with tracking # : . Once you have the payment, have it
deposited at your bank then deduct your first week's payment which is
$500.00 + the extra $50 for transportation allowance.
The balance which is supposed to be for the shopping will no longer be
because my husband had to change plans and he has decided that
majority of the things that should be on the shopping list will be
bought right from our home country and brought down to the US on our
arrival date but he has asked me to inform you that the balance
payment should be used for the payment of an art work that he already
ordered ..
You are required to deposit the rest balance for the Art seller at
Bank of America to hasten the delivery of the art work before our
arrival . It will be delivered to you and then you'll bring it over to
our apartment when they deliver the key to you. The actual amount of
the Art work is $3300 ,You will then be left with $100 which you
should use in purchasing the things you'll need for the cleaning Job
such as borax,sandpaper,paper towels,vinegar,detergents that don't
contain phosphates,washing soda,vegetable oil-based soaps/detergents.
I hope that amount will be enough.
Our arrival date is certain before the 16th of September., My
husband will text you with more details regarding our scheduled
arrival and also the art seller account details for there deposit and
as soon as we have information from the estate agent regarding the
keys and description of the house, We would let you know immediately.
Please kindly get in touch with my husband this morning and make the
deposit for the art seller so they can deliver the art work to you
tomorrow..You are to get back to me with the deposit receipt for the
art seller so we can forward that to them for confirmation. You will
really enjoy working for us.Thanks

hope that you will never let us down in anyway ? I will email you the

along with the courier service tracking Numbers before Thursday
morning and the payment should arrive to you by then. Kindly confirm

Would gladly welcome you upon arrival.
A seperate email with what you would like the apartment stocked with would work best just try to be as detailed as possible. (Also St. Louis may have slightly different versions) I will do my best to take care of that for you. Would like to do a seperate day to clean and possibly the next for the shopping day so let me know when you know a good time to get in and clean for you.
A few things:
-Do you know if you'll have carpet/ hardwood/ laminate floors?
-Are the showers the kind with glass doors or curtains?
-Is anyone in the home allergic to anything that you know of?
-is there anything specifically you would like me to focus on?
Any other information you would like to include please dont hesitate to pass along. I try to use natural cleaning products to avoid any irritations but if there are allergies I can avoid certain products. And I have done residential cleaning before.
I will leave a reciept from the purchases made in a visible spot and put the items away upon bringing them back for you.
