1 |  +1 Craigslist job scam Good day and hope all is well with you.My name is Richard Walters i dont know much about craigslist but the person that help me do the posting made a mistake because im looking for a cleaner to help me do the cleaning of my new apartment but you can be considered to be our cleaner for at least one month for the start if you are interested . You will be responsible for general cleaning of hallways (dusting, vacuuming and mopping) doors, windows, pick up trash in common areas, sweeping, changing and fixing of light bulbs etc.
You must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 25lbs and all the cleaning supplies will be provided if necessary. You will be working for 2hrs in a day and 3 days in a week, at the rate of $400 per week, you will be earning a total sum of $450 weekly.
In order for you to know how serious and asap we are about this, we will be sending you an upfront payment for the first week via a bank official check from me and will be mail to you via usps courier US Postal Service.
The house is a 4 Bedroom 2 bath Duplex unfurnished, so i have made arrangement with a painter to paint the interior part of the house.
Therefore, you will be working with the painter in the cleaning of the house in general. I will include the cost of all expenses in your check.
The payment you will be receiving will be for your one week paid in advance and the rest will be transferred by Western Union or MoneyGram around you to the painter coming to paint the house. The keys of the house will be mailed to the painter and you will be duly informed on arrangements made to get inside the house by the painter when all arrangement is made. I believe that both of you can work together to make the house as clean as possible and also I will send you the phone number of painter in other to set up a date and time for your meeting.

I am writing to inform you that the payment will deliver to your residence today via USPS.
Get the check deposited via ATM or take it to your bank for deposit immediately you received it . So that the funds can processed and be available instantly or 24 hours of deposit. you are to deduct your first weekly pay which is $400 plus the extra $50 for your gas and running around and have the rest $1500 minus Walmart to Walmart transfer charges to the painter via Walmart at any Walmart store, so that he can proceed with there task and contact you to know when the job will start. Here is the Painter's details they provided for payment you are to send $1500 via Walmart to Walmart transfer which the charges for that is just $20 and it should be deducted from the $1500
