I once again appreciate your willingness to partner with us and I promise it would be beneficial to both of our interest. Over the years Taiyuan Iron and Steel company has created a unique market and expanded frontiers and reach in terms of production, supply and delivery to customers that spread across many countries of the world. We have recently been having high patronage and demand for our products in the presiding months and has also created some difficulties for us. We have customers owing us funds running into million of dollars. After a meeting of top executives of the company, a common position was taken that, henceforth debts collection should be delegated to a very reputable reliable company to be in charge of receiving payments on our behalf, it will be the duty of the company to mount pressure on our customers to pay what they owe.
