THIS COMPANY IS SELLING GOODS WITH NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING PRODUCTS. They take your money and will not refund. Visited the "OFFICE" IN Leeds today and it is nothing more than a mail forwarding address...

I needed a projector and the best deal that I could find was with Officestore24. I tried to order and make payment for the projector that I had chosen. But the site was not operating properly so I telephoned the customer service department and they sent me a their bank details to transfer my payment. I placed my order on the 5th March,I received confirmation that my projector would arrive in 2-3 weeks. After the 3 weeks had passed I telephoned Officestore24 and spoke with Geoff, he was very apologetic and said projector would be with me by the end of the week. I telephoned again after 4 weeks asking again where was my order? And was told that the uk customers were checking the consignment and my order would be with me in 3 days. I also mentioned that the very same projector was now advertised as in stock for £20 less than I had paid. So they agreed to send me a cheque, this arrived but was unsigned. On the 5th week I requested a refund and was told that this would take a week. No refund arrived! I had contact with Geoff, Tracey and Claire who all assured me that the refund was on the way.
Scam EmailYesterday 22nd April I again telephoned and spoke with somebody who claimed to be a manager. His name was James and he promised me that my refund would be in my account by noon 23rd April, again nothing! When I asked James about the bad publicity on the scamdex site James said that Officestore24 CANNOT refund everybody all in one go. I believe that I have been the victim of a scam, and would advise people not to purchase from this supplier. I would advise other victims of this scam to contact ACTIONFRAUD so we can bring these scammers to justice.

Paid for projector at the beginning of the year and still hadnt had it by the middle of March. Very appologetic about the delays and the order would be here in a couple of days, which it never was, just a load more excuses. Requested a refund and got an unsigned cheque sent in the post. To be honest they probably knew it wasnt signed. Invoice has a London address, website has a Leeds address and they sent me an address in in Middlesborough to send my unsigned cheque back to?! AVOID at all costs, they are scumbag liars and doubt if they ever had any intention of sending anything. Website is still being manipulated as prices are going up and down.
Scam EmailA string of emails from various people claiming to be customer support (Geoff, Sophie to name a couple) but probably just one person with a mailbox being re-directed. (support@officestore24)
