We write to inform you that there was an agreed resolution reached yesterday at the meeting held with Mark Carney the Governor of the Bank of England (BoE) to return all Holden funds into a Non-Regulatory Account from the Holden Banks. The latest Financial Legislation incorporated into the United Kingdom Financial Policies is informed by the Br-exit scheme and the current Global Financial instability.

The Barclays Bank has received official directives to process and release the fund to you in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) offshore payment guidelines.
The Private Banking Department of the Barclay's bank London is to carry out the release process and ensure your payment is finalized within few days. Meanwhile Please contact as below the Head of offshore Cash and liquidity Manager at Barclay's for further advise:
