when i received back such a detailed email back but casually omitting the address of the location and saying that he currently out of town for a trip... it started to smell fishy...so here goes what i received ! 9/28/2017 Good day ,i’m Jack ,i want to have you booked as a caterer for my dad’s birthday on the 24th of october ,please get back to me if you available .. Joel.Adams >>Hello Jack, yes we are available, thank you for contacting us for your catering needs… Please let me know some info on the event: If I may ask you… Full name and last name? Phone number? time of the event? How many people? what theme or type of reception? The address of the location/venue? do you need Help with rentals? Thank you, and have a great day! 9/29/2017 Thanks for your response , A friend actually directed me to your website .The event is on the 24th of october and you will be attending for 40 guest.The event will begin by 12pm till 7pm .. The menu would be salmon, chicken fajitas, pull pork. Sides-Caprese pasta salad, and citrus slaw. will also want desserts but will like you to make a suggestion suitable for the event .. I don't think there is anyone with allergy coming to the party .The party is going to take place in my uncles home ,though is a surprise birthday party and will forward the address to you when is time .My budget is within $2000 to $5000.You will be providing the plate wares ,silver wares ,linen and other things needed for your service and i want it in a buffet style . I want you to get back to me with an estimate for the job so i can proceed with payment of deposit to have you booked for that day ,because am currently out on a business trip and will be back in a week before the event but want to make all preparation set ,i am responsible for the foods and drink for the day and some other things and want to get everything in place.my cell is (256) 392-6059,you can call or text me if you have any question .
