Google do not 'register' your website - they find websites organically (eg. by people typing in the URL or clicking on the URL) and they add any information they find to their index. If you have a website, and it's discoverable, you will be visited by the Google Search Engine Fairy. 2. Beware anyone who tells you they can get you on 'The First Page' of Google search results. IS. NOT. GONNA. HAPPEN. Google is way ahead of you and your little tricks, and it changes it's algorythm every month or so specifically to stop people gaming it's results.
