Haven gone through the M.O.U and agree with the terms of agreement to further and manage our new Business,you are now advice to contact Natwest Bank, as their contact details is below this mail to make inquires on how to open an Online Account with their Bank and get back to me with their reply so i can advice you on how to go about it

PREPAREDNESS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1,The First Party agrees to provide all help,prebailing incentives and facilities clarence Neccesary for setting up aforesaid company in Iraq,consistent with the various constitutional and startutory provinsion required to set up such,on the corperation of second party.
2,In accordancxe to creation of company the first party shall respond to all assistance needed to set up company in Iraq,with approval from second party.
3,First part will be in charge of funding the process of acquiring all documents neccesary for the complete registration of the company.First party will be in charges of all staff employments facilitiesand logistics needed to export the Light Crude Oil Daily from kirkuk to Turkish export terminal of ceyhan.
4, The first party will prepare the neccesary documentation from the region of kirkuk and to the ministry of Oil (Iraq) that will back up the second party as the Foreign Independent contractor to export these Barrels of Light Crude Oil.
5,The first party must present to the second party copies of all legal and neccesary documents binding the setting up of the company.this documents must include copies of company Registration form,company account Statement in Iraq,certificate of Incorporation,Deed of Agreement and copies of payment receipt from buyers.
6,The first party shall secure Buyers (Purchasers) of the Crude there in Iraq,A Deed of Agreement shall be signed between the buyer's (purchasers) and the second party.

Good Day,you are advice to filled and signed the Company Registration Documents attach to this message and Returned back to us urgently for further procession in this Crude Oil Transaction..
The company’s name will be BHAJI OIL COMPANY. I was told by the Ministry of Trade, Registrar of Company that the name Bhaji Oil is available for use. I need you to sign on Item 15 and fill Item 7 on the company's registration forms attached to this email. I clearly marked the areas you need to fill with a bold blue arrow marking.
I have/will filled the other parts that needs filling. Please note that a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING will be signed between you and my associate to ensure that both parties keep to the terms of agreement.In any case all is set now.You will have to open a foreign account in
your name in a bank outside your country and outside Iraq were it will be wiser to secure our investments as I have mentioned in my previous email. It must be afresh account and not an already existing account to be opened in your name as such there is no need for the
incorporation papers since it is a personal trade account.
This is your primary obligation/assignment in this business deal.This account must not be your existing account; it must be a fresh account solely for this business purpose only. This account is where the purchaser(s) of this crude oil will send all payments to. As I may have told you a Russian(actually Georgian old Soviet Union) Oil magnate is investing heavily in Bhaji.I will communicate to you the contact details of the bank were you will need to setup the offshore account once the M.O.U documents is signed by all parties involved. This is the best way I have found it will protect us from any insecurity and International Financial Regulatory Agency's scrutiny as these Russians/Georgians have a way of doing business to avoid any forms of taxes and raised eyebrows since they are in key positions in government so let them be our guide in that regard as to where to bank the funds they are providing which will transcend into our business purse in the long run once operations start fully. So you should follow our instructions strictly. We will not request any up front fee from you for any expenses here in Iraq.
You will manage and notify of any funds you receive in the account and would be given instructions for wires also to all the necessary parties.As a matter of fact we expect 20 Million USD by the upper week from a billionaire oil magnate in Georgia and there is the need to speed up the account opening as I would need to forward the details to my client and this means you get your percentage if the funds hit your account which you will open. I need your co-operation on this please.We really don't have enough time on our side here. As days pass by, we loose money. I'll make sure I hurry the Registrar of Companies in getting Bhaji Oil Company registered on time. We’ll start exporting immediately we secure the License for your company. ***We are registering a Company here in your name. The new legislation allows/permit foreigners to partner with local individuals to invest in oil exploration to improve local content in the sector to compliment the foreign multinational companies.
***This contract is for just 3 months.
***Your major portfolio in this deal is to setup/activate/manage/disburse funds accrued from the sales of these crude daily in an offshore account with a Bank that will be communicated to you later. We don't want the money here in Iraq due to the ever changing political climate. You will be responsible for
setting up this account. All proceeds from the sales of the light crude oil will be channeled into a new offshore account that you will setup in your name.
Hence the company will be registered in your name here in Iraq. It will be called BHAJI OIL COMPANY. Your physical presence in Iraq to stand as the independent foreign contractor is not really important if you do not wish to come down as we only need to register you as a Foreign Contractor to export these barrels. I and my associate will handle all cost/facilities/manpower required to explore/store/export these barrels. These are our primary responsibility and will be clearly drafted out in the M.O.U.
We will commence the paper work on the Foreign Company Registration Form from the Ministry of Trade. I will use my influence to break through the rigorous bureaucratic process of setting up a company of this nature here in Iraq. There is nothing to be worried about because you will reserve the sole signatory to the account but will disburse the proceeds on my request as will be agreed to in the M.O.U which will be signed by all parties involved. We have a reserve of bout 2.5 M Barrels of light crude. This should with the current market price yield well over Five Hundred Million Dollars. Please we need to honorably accepts these terms and project plan so we can proceed. The success of this should pave way for future and further business deal.

Iraq has the world's second largest proven oil reserves and extraordinarily cheap to produce. As the Manager Drilling & Completion of Iraq NORTH OIL COMPANY I'm able to secure extra barrels of light crude oil from an isolated oil well in Kirkuk with a producing capacity of 100,000 barrels per day (bpd) through the same source Iraq's North Oil Company produces theirs. Iraq major oil production fields has been taken over by some foreign multinationals such as Shell, BP, Exxon Mobil, Chevron and Total due to it's need to raise its oil daily production to 6 million barrels per day. Stipulating how foreign investment will be governed is also critical amid concerns that Iraqi oil revenues has been squeezed by these large oil firms granted special treatment with the help of the US government.
This has lead to the Iraq government (Parliament) to enact a new law to improve local content by allowing its citizenry to partner with individuals who win contracts and must take on a local partnership that in turn must have a minimum 25% stake in the deal. Individual Foreign Contractors can set up Local Companies in Iraq with a local partner who in turn must have 25% stake in the company to explore some the scattered isolated Oil wells.

I will prepare all the relevant Documents to Register a Local Company here in your Name as required by the laws of the land with the help of Legal Experts, but it will be stated in the documents that I actually own 10% stake in the company, as this is the only means we can export the crude oil from Iraq. You will be required expected to open/setup and manage an offshore account in your Name in a Bank in one of the top Oil Producing Countries for smooth transfer of the Oil proceeds(funds). This account is where the eventual buyer(s) of this crude oil will transfer all payments to.Also an MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) will be signed between you and I to ensure that both parties keep to the terms of agreement. I will be responsible for the exportation of these barrels and the expenses involved.
Once the barrels have been exported and sold we shall share the proceeds in the ratio of 80% for me considering the fact that we are the originators/initiators and initial financier of this partnership business and then 20% for you.
