Wow the scammer is still using the same identity to scam people even up till today! I received a WhatsApp message from the above number asking if my room is still available for rent and ask me to send email to the email above. I didn't email her right away but asking some simple questions first just to see if she is suitable for my room. She replied in WhatsApp and ask me email her so that she can give me her full details. Not thinking anything about scam yet, I email her telling her about my room condition. And then she replied with the email below with the Singapore IC attached. I still have not think her as a scammer and replied her email. Then I started to feel weird about this whole thing and start Google-ing the number, email and name. There is when I found this website and a Facebook post at scamsg. All the details of scamming were dated back from 2017-2018. So I think I should add this to let people know that the scammer is still using the identity to scam around recently. Please be aware of this!

Hi all . I am the person everyone is talking about here . I am low chui pheng . I myself is a victim . Blame myself for being stupid to sent my details to the scammer . Now now making use of my ID to cheat others . I was looking for a room to rent in Singapore and Low Pheng has approached me in WhatsApp with a perfect unit, offering a too good to be true rental, even presenting a photo of Singapore IC as a proof of identity, probably stolen from someone. She stated that she is currently in Philippines due to company transfer and the keys and documents are with her, she asked me to send over my personal details such as address and full name along with a transfer of rental + deposit via Western Union even without viewing the room or providing unit number. I have asked about the possibility of couriering the keys over to her friends and relatives in Singapore but she threw a tantrum, saying how bad it is to be skeptical and she is a God's woman etc. The ID that the scammer used is under the name LOW CHUI PHENG (LIU CUIPING), ID no: S8019448Z, DOB: 02-07-1980. Phone no used to contact me : +2348106916923

My bullshit detector came up because this person wanted to rent and pay 3 months full before even coming down to see the place. ie: if she wanted to move her things here without her being present, it could be for the storage of illegal contraband or drugs. so I googled her phone number +63 927 561 4852
also wtf use paypal when you present me with a singapore NRIC and say you intend to find work back in singapore.

Lucky i do a quick google search and found this info. I immediately reject her. Her email is different, but her email content is exactly the same.

First email indicates that she is from Singapore and shows a photo of her Singapore IC. Second email she said she wants to secure the room by transferring money to your paypal account. Then a fake paypal email will show up in your inbox or scam folder, obviously the transaction never shows up in your real paypal account. After that she request you to help her transfer money for the pick up and delivery, and payments for Mover agent which she included in the paypal transaction earlier through Western Union. The following details is the said Mover Agent Company: Name: CHANGRONG XIN Address: No.121 Sanlitun Road, Beijing Province: Beijing Postal Code: 100027 Country: China

First email, provide her Singapore IC. Second email, request use Paypal to transfer money.
