| Anonymous Washington, MI, United States 2013-03-28 11:59:14 Classified Ads Scam Paypal (paypal.com) | +1 email response to an add for a vehicle that I am selling I had just listed my ad with RVT.com. About 3 days after the listing, I got an email asking if my RV had been sold. The person stated she was an \"oceanographer and the company did not allow the use of a cell phones\", so could only do email, PayPal, etc. She wanted to buy the RV sight unseen as a birthday present for her Dad. She offered to pay the full amount for the vehicle and also pay the PayPal fee along with the transport fee. Follow-up emails requested that I set up a PayPal acct so they could make payment that way. After I provided them w/my PayPal email, then came the email notifying me that the money had been sent, but before PayPal could finalize the transaction, I had to pay the person who was contracted by the buyer to transport the vehicle. When I responded requesting a copy of the driver\'s license of the buyer and the transporter, I never heard from them again. The emails from this person had a lot of misspellings and grammar errors..obviously not written by someone who speaks English as a first language (\"arias\" for areas). The transporter was listed as Terry Dunn 710 Southline Dr, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, USA |

we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
