I have read your email and sent an sms/ text message to inform you that Some arrangement has been made two days ago and the delivery to your address suppose to pick up today and you will be hearing my call on Thursday when your when your $8.5 Million box get to United state of America.
In order for the success to be achieved and deliver your fund to your address, the secretary General, Madam Theresa Okuwa who call the US embassy and foreign directors said that the air port will demand some search and in case any illegal action, your fund will be cease or request fee from you on getting to your country. Therefore; the best alternative given is that you will pay $149.00 USD to get Diplomatic delivery tag from the government of Benin Republic today and fund declaration papers.
