I just saw your message and i will like to assure you from the word go, i am not here to waste either your time or mine.Your payment notice is an open information because your name is on the register ,however those two men who claimed you are dead are attempting to make a false claim but if you do not counter this by submitting your full details and ID as valid reference, they may unfortunately have their way because your dispute application will be used to counter their power of attorney in court.
What i need from you is your full cooperation because this delay process has got to stop and i will guide you every step of the way because i know one good turn deserves another.If i successfully ensure you get paid to the last dollar, i believe i will receive some gratitude from you.but we need you to provide the Dispute Order Certificate before the transfer department can commence with your fund transfer rather these Dispute Order certificate would be issued from the INTERNATIONAL COMPENSATION COUNCIL OF JUSTICE (I C C J) in Houston Texas which would cost the sum of $650 dollars to secure the document from the Court of Appeal .
