Presently, we are willing to fund any viable business project on 3% interest rate per annum, thus; the Soft Loan program is a Non Collateral Business Loan on 3% interest per annum on the allocated funds for a period of at least 5/20 years on renewable tenure, with a grace period of 12 months to enable the Borrower to feasibly start-up the business project.
In accordance with the UAE Financial Laws; via UAE Soft Loan Policy; we inform you that once your Soft Loan Application is approved for financing by our Board Management and the Investment Team, your Company or the Borrower shall procure a Surety Bond from the Insurance Company here in Dubai - UAE for the Insurance coverage of the funds against any natural risks or Default, thus, with the Surety Bond procured, both parties will be protected under the Commercial law, with the Loan Contract MoU Agreement signed between both parties.
Therefore, if you have any business that requires funding, kindly fill the Loan Application form attached herewith (in PDF) and return the filled copy back to us to enable our Company's management to review and possibly approve the project for financing if the business project meets our requirements.
