This is Gen John F. Kelly, the new Chief of Staff White House Washington DC, appointed by President Donald Trump. Your delayed payment in the tone of US$5,500,000.00 (Five Million, five hundred thousand United States Dollar) that was held by IMF/FBI has been released because this is a new administration. Following the new administration debt settlement policy, we tendered your fund release file for immediate release and shipment to your designated address. In this case, you are expected to reconfirm your Full Name (as stated on your government issued photo ID), shipping address, Nearest Airport and your Direct Cell Phone number, for immediate delivery of the consignment box containing your total fund. These details are needed for proper verification due to fraudulent activities going on around the globe.

Thank you for the information provided. The good news is that we have successfully received your fund which is in a well sealed and packaged consignment box. The box is designed to be delivered to your home address by our delivery agent. The consignment box was accompanied by a confidential letter from IMF Benin Republic explaining that you didn't complete the necessary criteria needed for your fund release. According to them, You are supposed to pay for the notarization of your Fund Release Approval which will cost only US$120. You are now advised to come to our office here in Washington D.C and remit the fee so that we can forward it them and after that they shall issue a Release Approval paperwork to enable us hand over the Consignment box to you.
Our office address is: No 3801 Nebraska Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016, United States.
