I acknowledge the receipt of your email with thanks. Further to my proposal, all i want from you is to stand as the foreign contractor who will assist me to claim these funds as contract payment.
Also be informed that I am going to make a formal application in your company name to my company here in London, UK for the approvals of the sub-contract payment/ release of these funds to you as the beneficiary of the contract funds, I hope to obtain the approvals from our government,(Her Majesty Court Service, London, UK) through my personal attorney who will use your company's name as the beneficiary to receive the funds based on the formal application in your company's name to Rockhopper Exploration for the approval of the sub-contract payment.
After getting the approvals from our company and subsequent fund release instruction from our managing director, you will open up communication with the bank here in London to enable them inform you on the availability of the money, also for you to sign the fund release documents with the officials of the paying bank here in London before the money will be released to you and consequently transferred to your nominated Bank account anywhere in the world.
Based on the foregoing, you are hereby advised to start making traveling arrangements to be in London as soon as you receive information from the bank. At this juncture, it becomes pertinent to mention that the confidentiality required from you in this transaction can not be over emphasized. Take note that we shall legally prepare your company as the contractor that executed the phase two of that project due to the over inflated contract amount and procuring all the legal documents of claim. In that regards I will file your claim to the Board of directors of our company for their approval. This i will use my position as Board members to facilitate the approval and as soon as it is approved, the board will write a fund release instruction to the bank, to begin the process of the release of the funds to you.
For the safety of this project, you should keep it strictly to yourself also endeavor to contact me to enable the lawyer and I formalize all legal documents relevant to this project and make available to you. The total sum of €45,000,000, 00. (forty five million Euros), will be transferred into your bank account.
I will be waiting for your response before we can start up with processing and obtaining the legal back up documents which you would need to empower your company name as the company that executed the second phase of the project that accrued this €45,000,000, 00. Euros which you are about to receive.
