I receive the email you sent regards the direction from head office of ACP/ Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) on behalf of your payment worth US$16.5 Million Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars, supposed to be transfer to your account for a very long time. Already i am in charge and control of this your payment US$16.5 Million Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars, the direction giving to me from office above said that this funds should handed over immediately to the real beneficiary without any further delay.
