THE UNITED STATE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY WASHINGTON DC. OFFICE ADDRESS: 3801 NEBRASKA AVE NW, WASHINGTON DC 20016, USA My name is Gen John Francis Kelly, the new Chief of staff White House DC, recently appointed by President Donald Trump. The purpose of writing you is for the immediate release of your fund totalled US$5,500,000.00 (Five Million, five hundred thousand United States Dollar) that was initially held by IMF/FBI Benin Republic but has been released because this is a new administration. In regards to this new administration's debt settlement policy, we tendered your fund release file for immediate release and shipment to your designated address. and for this reason, you are expected to reconfirm your Full Name (as stated on your government issued photo ID), shipping address, Nearest Airport and your Direct Cell Phone number, for immediate delivery of the consignment box containing your total fund to you without delay. These details are needed for proper verification due to fraudulent activities going on around the globe. It is quite unfortunate and we regret to bring to your notice that you cannot lay claim on your US$5.5 million consignment box because according to the body called IMF in Benin Republic, you did not complete the necessary criteria needed for the claim of your fund. They reiterated that you’re supposed to pay for the notarization of your final withdrawal order which will cost you $570. You’re now advised to remit this fee directly to IMF in Benin Republic and after this they shall then notify us to bring your $7.5 million consignment box to you in your address. Kindly advice us on your readiness to provide the fee so that we can provide you with the information to use for the sending.
