As of now we are seeking for an Independent Appraiser to be our secret shopper so as to evaluate the quality of services rendered by USPS and FedEx, namely, you will be evaluating their PICK-UP service system.

What is expected of you in case you take the position: - Evaluation of PICK-UP service system; - Detailed evaluation of sales managers' work.
When a store sends us a request for a PICK-UP service evaluation, they will provide you with all necessary paperwork (order details + your personal genuine Driver License created specifically for this purpose and sent to your address). On the following day they will be delivered to you, you receive them and go to a target office, obtain a parcel and submit a review afterwards about the quality of PICK-UP service at that office.
Evaluation of managers' work will include the following criteria: social skills, amiability, speed of service rendering, accuracy, etc. You will have to submit your evaluation with your evaluation from 1 to 10, providing your reasons. The feedback is to be sent to a separate email given, with the invoice attached to it. If there are any questions about this case, you will be contacted by our managers. All items you receive are to be sent to a necessary destination using pre-paid labels given to you after you complete the evaluation task.
The standard envelope you will be receiving for each task consists of: - Order details necessary to receive a parcels; - The information regarding a post store that is to be assessed and its whereabouts; - Driver License for you to get a items.
For each evaluation process you will be given a separate Driver License made specifically for this case. The Driver License will have your photo but the rest of the information will not be yours for the sake of information non-disclosure and your own confidentiality. However, the parcels you will need to receive will be ordered on the name and address provided in the Driver License. Once you complete your task assessing a post store, you need to send the Driver License back.
The compensation will be $100.00 for each task successfully accomplished within one day and $50.00 for one task accomplished with delay.
