I am pleased to present this proposal for your review. We look forward to partnering with you to provide funding for investments if you are willing to accept the proposal. We are in search of a responsible business person in what we are challenged with. My Names are Bin Ahmed Omar and I represent some Arab billionaires currently been heard against their wish some have regained limited freedom. I also work closely with some Saudi Aramco senior official. The objective is to transfer some the money to you for safe keep and investment.

During last year till date the crown prince of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made life unbearable to my client the reason this funds must be moved out immediately. The prince has been on my client making business impossible to conduct in the region of your Saudi Arabia. Once I hear back from you I will provide the name of my client to you. The amount is over $100M you will have to tell me your capacity or the volume you can handle. This letter is a formal expression of intent to start a partnership with you.
