I presented the Ownership certificates, Yellow Tag and my African Gate Passing certificate but they refused. I asked the man in charge Mr. Wilson Desmond the reason of all this delay because the necessary documents is complete and this package has been on transits from Benin republic and the authority over there did not demand for such, and Mr Wilson Desmond did not detail me with any reasonable answer concerning the delays, but keep on telling me that it's illegal to enter the country with the UN-open Package without the SIGNINGS AND STAMPING otherwise they will inspect the consignment since is sending to an individual transaction. As it stands, I am with the Consignment in their custody while I need to contact you so that you can make the arrangement of the required fee of 1269.99 rand so that they will help us SIGN AND STAMP all the documents that I have. Be notified that If this papers is been stamped I will need no other documents until this delivery is completed.
