|  +2 ATTENTION BENEFICIARY!!! I received your information dear. while I have been in this airport. It's mandatory that the delivery of your package will take place today because it has given me a lot of stress while I was told that it will take me only a day. The way Your home land security inspects consignment shipped out of French Country is not well pleased. I am having a little problem here in Port Elizabeth International airport your HOMELAND SECURITY, intercepting the consignment with regards that all the Documentations I have must be stamped in other to legitimate it here in the States. This has been delaying my coming to the address you supplied to make the delivery to you. They persisted I must Sign and Stamp all the Papers with me before I will be allow to connect to Your City.
I presented the Ownership certificates, Yellow Tag and my African Gate Passing certificate but they refused. I asked the man in charge Mr. Wilson Desmond the reason of all this delay because the necessary documents is complete and this package has been on transits from Benin republic and the authority over there did not demand for such, and Mr Wilson Desmond did not detail me with any reasonable answer concerning the delays, but keep on telling me that it's illegal to enter the country with the UN-open Package without the SIGNINGS AND STAMPING otherwise they will inspect the consignment since is sending to an individual transaction.
As it stands, I am with the Consignment in their custody while I need to contact you so that you can make the arrangement of the required fee of 1269.99 rand so that they will help us SIGN AND STAMP all the documents that I have. Be notified that If this papers is been stamped I will need no other documents until this delivery is completed.
Kindly send 1269.99 To BENIN REPUBLIC Immediately through western union or Money Gram, with the name below so that they can remit it into my Credit card within 2hours of the payment confirmation. They required CLEAN BILL OF RECORD to enable me come over to your base, send the fee to our office in Benin Republic with the information's below:
