We received a message from Mrs Lrene Cahya concerning the money she deposited in our Company on your behalf. Before we can proceed any transaction, you have to read our rules carefully concerning the Government policies. Also, you must abide to the rules to ensure that there will be no interrogation before or after transaction.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sterling cash withdrawals from any UK cash machine (ATM) Sterling cash withdrawals from any RBS branch in the UK, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar Sterling cash withdrawals in the UK in any bank, travel agent, bureau de change or other outlet displaying the Visa logo Purchase of foreign currency or travellers' cheques in the UK No charge. Foreign currency withdrawal from any cash machine (ATM) in the UK Cash withdrawals or the purchase of currency or travellers’ cheques outside the UK We will charge a Foreign Cash Fee of 2% of the value of the transaction (minimum £2, maximum £5). We will also charge a Non-Sterling Transaction Fee of 2.75% of the value of the transaction. If you elect for the transaction to be converted into Sterling at the point of sale or withdrawal, we will not charge a Non-Sterling Transaction Fee, however the transaction handler may charge you a separate fee.
RULES:
ACCOUNT/ATM
1. Before a transaction is been made to a local account (British Account) for a British Citizen, you must have to pay a tax fee of 0.075%(cost of £1500 Great British Pounds) of the total money deposited in our custody. If you agreed to this term and condition, kindly send your Account details including your citizenship Identity.
2. Before a transaction is been made to a local account (British Account) for a Non British Citizen, you must have to pay a tax fee of 0.1%(cost of £2000 Great British Pounds) of the total money deposited in our custody. If you agreed to this term and condition, kindly send your Account details and your National Identity Card.
3. Before a transaction is been made to an international account both Citizen and Non Citizen, you must have to pay a tax fee of 0.2% (cost of £4000 Great British Pounds) of the total money deposited in our custody. If you agreed to this term and condition, kindly send your Account details and any of your Indentity Card both Local or International.
4. To creat a Natwestwest Enterprise account/ATM card that can contain millions of pounds, you must have to pay £2500 Great British Pounds. This will help you to withraw a substantial amount of money per day from any bank in the world. This includes the tax fee.
Note: Your ATM card will be delivered to you within 7-10 days. If you agreed to this term and conditions, fill the attached form, also forward a passport copy to process your account.
5. Any package deposited in our Company by customers can not be tampered with. It's not in our Company's right and policy to add or remove money deposited in our custody by a customer, this may result a great damage to Company's reputation and also can lead to a Comapany's downfall.
6. The beneficiary must send to Natwest bank a scan copy of national identity card or international passport to enable proper identification of the beneficiary.
7. After 28 days of deposition without transfer, the beneficiaries will pay a demurrage fee of £200 Great British Pounds.

I have contacted my bank manager to know how to secure confidential and easiest way to transfer the money to your bank account, the Bank manager told me that if i transfer the money through Bank ( swift transfer ) that i have to face interrogation and examination of the British government because they do not allow such big amount to
be transferred. The bank manager said that the easy and safe way to transfer such big money is through diplomatic agents ,So, I have concluded to use this method ( using the services of diplomatic agents ) to bring the money to you. The Bank has deposited the money with my name on your behalf to NATWEST SECURITY SERVICE COMPANY, kindly contact them with the deposit receipt via:

for delivery.

I want to give this money for the less privileged people over there through you. Thank you for your attention to my situation and i pray that God will give you a good heart to handle this project with sincerity, because i will not be there watching you for this project or know how you will spend the money, but God will be there to see you. You should take 30% of the total money for your personal upkeep and use the rest for charity work. According to the doctors and the result they gave me, i was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and it is gradually killing me, i can not even stand or walk on my own without the help of a doctor or anchorage and that is the main reason why i contacted you since i can not carry out the project on my own , please do not allow bad friends or family members to deceive you to use all the money for yourself.
